is a Christchurch artist working primarily in mixed media. Her work is composed of different original artworks she has created, often blended digitally with photography from her travels around New Zealand and Australia. Using her computer to colour and blend, she creates unique designs which are printed on museum quality paper using archival inks. Anne’s work has been sold both locally and internationally and three of her pieces are currently showing as part of Linus Galleries, Los Angeles' online shows, and another in the Saatchi Art Gallery in London on the second floor screen. Three of her works have been chosen to feature in the Museum of Digital Fine Arts’ 2015 Summer Show, an international exhibition showcasing eight selected artists from around the globe. Anne creates her work with a lot of passion and her eye for colour is evident in the combinations she chooses for her work. She finds art a calming and creative outlet and her work, which she refers to as “Fusion Art”, a joyous journey of discovery. Although Anne is entirely self-taught, she did pick up her love of colour and art in general from her grandfather, who was a landscape oil painter. Using his fine art as inspiration, she has also integrated some of his early sketches into her own work as a way of honouring both family and the past.
